Introduction

Let me start off with an introduction. My name is Nick. I am 26 years old. I have been a little over weight my whole life. I am 6' 1" and for the last 8 years I had been around 230 pounds. My friends and family always told me that I was not fat. No matter what anyone told me, I was unhappy with my appearance. For the past 8 years I had spent three to five days a week in the gym for over an hour a day. I definitely gained muscle, but my fat loss was minimal. I have read tons of articles in magazines as well as plenty of websites about weight loss. I have even read some books. Every source has a different way to loose weight. Some weight loss techniques were terribly unhealthy, some barely worked, but most didn't work at all. I tried all types of diets, from low carb to natural foods to just plain starving myself. I got minimal results from any diet I tried. Most of the time I would loose between one and five pounds, which was mostly water weight, in the first couple weeks. After that, no matter how well I followed the diet or how long I stayed on the diet, there were very minimal results.

Not only did I try multiple diets. I tried multiple weight loss supplements. All the supplements promise you the world. Promises like 400% more fat loss. I was loosing no fat in the first place, so how is 400% of nothing gonna help me. Supplements are supplements. They are not drugs. They are just food. If they were a drug, they would have to be approved by the FDA. How many fat loss supplements are FDA approved? None. Every bottle I have ever bought said clearly, "These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease." The supplement companies spend more money on advertising and marketing than they spend designing and testing their product. These products consist of mostly caffeine and a bunch of herbs that have no scientific proof of their effectiveness. I have never taken a supplement that did any more than keep me awake at night, give me a headache, or give me the jitters.

One night after I had given up on another diet, I was doing some more research. I came across many diets. Most of which I had tried already. Then I came across a page selling an e-book called Quick Fat Loss Today, Warp Speed Fat Loss. I was not looking for warp speed fat loss. I was just looking for fat loss. Usually I would have disregarded this site, but something made me start reading.

So I started reading. It was not a diet, it was a weight loss plan. The plan consisted of more than just a diet. It consisted of workouts, workout sheets, a diet plan including meal plans, coaching videos and more. I was extremely skeptical. I have believed in many diets before and none had worked for me. Plus it was $97, which I found to be a little expensive. Well, it would be expensive if it didnt work. If it works, a one time fee of $97 is not a lot. I have spent $60 on a bottle of pills that the only results they gave me was jitters. I kept reading. There was a two month guarantee. If I was dissatisfied, I could return it, no questions asked for a full refund. So I bought it.

Here is my review:
Talk about under promise and over deliver. For $97 I got a lot. Also the author really knows his stuff. The food plans are great, they tell you exactly what to eat, when to eat it and how much. I am never hungry. The workout plan is also great. It tells you exactly what to do. Plus, I am spending less time in the gym. This plan is a 28 day plan. Once you finish the plan, you have to start from the beginning again.

So, the diet plan is easy to follow and I am never hungry, and the workout plan is easy to follow and I am spending less time in the gym. That's great.............But is it working? The answer is yes and no. I have been on the plan for about two months. I have lost plenty of weight. It is working well, but I wouldn't call it warp speed. In the first month I lost about nine pounds. Now at the end of the second month I have lost about seven more. That is 16 pounds. No matter what diet I was on or supplement I took, I have never lost 16 pounds in my life.

I lost 16 pounds and it wasn't torture. I did not need to starve, spend hours in the gym every day, or take some pill with unknown side effects. I just needed to learn how to eat right and workout correctly. Doing things correctly is not difficult, once I knew how.

The book was implying that I would loose around 17 pounds in a month. I lost 16 pounds in two months. Not exactly warp speed. Even though the plan is not warp speed, it does work and I am extremely satisfied. I would recommend it to anyone that is having trouble loosing weight. It is working for me.............Hopefully it will work for you.
